There are a lot of Odiya people who reside outside Odisha. We are providing this service to those expatriate Odiya brothers and sisters who are not physically present to take care of their family/interests.
Our service is not only a business venture, we will try to help out in any way we can; please read our organization philosophy here.
The term NRI is used in a broad sense, to highlight the fact that the service is targetted towards non resident Odiyas, they can be in India or outside.
Many of our clients live in various metro cities in India.
We currently operate in Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Puri. We can undertake tasks for other places but the travel expenses will be added to the cost. We charge actual expenses only and will furnish receipts where possible.
Each client's needs are specific to them, so we cannot specify any prices. For small tasks, we will charge roughly about Rs 250 per hour. But this goes down for bigger tasks.
Once you contact us with the details of your task, we will calculate a price based on your needs.

When we provide the quotation, we will include the following:
Our business philosophy is not only to make money. If you are not fully satisfied, we will refund the full service charge (excluding the actual expenses incurred for materials). For example, if we buy a bouquet of flowers on your behalf, and you decided to cancel, we will still charge you for the bouquet.
Unfortunately, we do not handle emergencies that are life threatening, like medical emergencies as our turn-around time may take a couple of hours. However, if there is anything that we can do to help, we definitely will.
Please note that we are planning to create an "Emergency Watch" in Bhubaneswar. We will have medical staff who will be on rotation 24/7 and will reach you within 30 minutes. However, since this will incur some costs, we will have a non-refundable charge of Rs 300 per month. If you are interested, please contact us at ewatch@helpNRI.org.
Once we initiate a case/ticket, the case detail will reflect the contact number of the Case Manager handling the case. The manager can be contacted directly.
